Our Staff
Brad Jones, D.D.S.
He is a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Academy of Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy, where he has served as past president. In addition, Dr. Jones has received certification in Conscious Sedation techniques and maintains membership in DOCS education to stay current.
He has been published on interdisciplinary concepts in restorative dentistry and actively practices the philosophy of interdisciplinary care for the optimum care of patients. In the arena of continuing education, he is an avid student, advancing his knowledge and skills in all areas of cosmetic and restorative dentistry through advanced course study.
As well as maintaining a full-time practice, Dr. Jones devotes significant time to the development of an electronic medical record (EMR) system with US Health Record, a cutting-edge company that has been providing internet-based dental records for over ten years. He currently serves on the Dental Advisory Board of USHR and helps in the ongoing development of the TeamLinks collaborative software that powers the virtual, cloud-based charting program.

Kimberly Jackson, Dental Assistant
Kim was born and raised in NWA. She and her husband have 2 daughters and 1 son. Dr. Jones was her dentist growing up, and in 2011 she joined his team as the hygiene coordinator and is now a dental assistant. She does all of the ordering and knows where everything is. The office would be lost without her! She loves working for Dr. Jones and building relationships with patients.
Khai Martinez, Registered Dental Assistant
Khai has lived in Springdale all her life. She started NWACC’s Dental Assisting Program while she was still in high school through the early college experience program and loved it! She got her Certificate of Proficiency when she finished the high school portion of the course. She continued the program in college and graduated in May of 2022 with her Technical Certificate in Dental Assisting. She started working for Dr. Jones in February 2022 while still in school. Khai has one baby, her Chihuahua mix dog named Tsuki. She enjoys reading and listening to music.
Faith Mays, Registered Dental Assistant
Faith grew up in Springdale her whole life. She was homeschooled until she went to college. She attended Northwest Arkansas Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2021-2022. She completed the program in May of 2022 and received the outstanding dental assisting student award. She graduated at the top of her class, all while being a single mom.
Everything she has done has been for her little boy. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her son. She is a hard worker, and Dr. Jones and the staff are happy to have her as part of the team.
Tina Scroggins-RDH
Tina is a native of NWA. She and her husband have been married for 26 years and have 2 children. They enjoy living and working on their small farm. They have horses, cows, chickens, and bees. (We as a staff enjoy purchasing honey and eggs from them!) Tina has worked with Dr. Jones for over 21 years and values the relationships that have come from being here in this office for so long.
She loves coffee and enjoys coffee dates with her children or her friends. She enjoys reading and watching documentaries when she has free time. Her favorite though, is taking care of her family.
Lori Purkey-RDH
Lori is a registered dental hygienist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2003. Lori and her family moved to Fayetteville from Memphis, TN, in 2015. She loves getting to know her patients and educating them on the importance of their overall oral health.
She enjoys antiquing, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband of 20 years and their three daughters (let’s not forget her dogs whom she adores so much).
Katie Pickhardt – RDH
Katie graduated in 2015 from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Being in dentistry has been a wonderful profession for her. She enjoys having the opportunity to help people, work one on one, and make a difference with a smile. She loves the interaction with and information she gets from people from all walks of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two beautiful dogs, playing the guitar, and running. She is so proud to work with Dr. Jones and help him provide the absolute top and genuine care to every patient that steps through the doors of Brad Jones General Dentistry.
Sarah Goyne - RDH
Sarah has a wife named Hanna and they have two daughters together named Katelyn and Delphi. Sarah and her family enjoy exploring Arkansas and finding new places to hike or camp. In Sarah’s free time, she is a cocktail enthusiast and loves to cook and bake for her family and friends.
